About Pressure Blast Analyzer Gauge
Pressure Blast Analyzer Gauge
Caltech india offers high quality and rugged pressure blast analyser gauge ( Blast Analyzer Gauge) to improve your production with the best results.
Pressure Blast Analyzer Gauge determine blast nozzle wear using this convenient, portable (8³ long) gauge. It is also known as Nozzle orifice gauge. A small black marker located in the cap is used to mark the side of the gauge. Once inserted through the back end of the blast nozzle and twisted, the gauge is removed and the nozzle opening is revealed by correlating the scale marking with black marker to the scale on the gauge (1/4³ to 5/8³). Air consumption (CFM @ 100 psi) is also indicated. The Nozzle Orifice Gauge is very simple and recommended for coating applicator, painting contractors, and inspection of coatings.
Versatile Mounting and Durable ConstructionDesigned to suit diverse installation needs, this gauge offers both bottom and back flange mounting options. Its stainless steel exterior ensures corrosion resistance, while the tempered glass window adds robustness. Ideal for challenging industrial environments, it delivers consistent performance and longevity.
Accurate and User-Friendly DisplayFeaturing an analog dial with clear black markings on a white background, this gauge provides precise readings with a resolution of 1 psi. The factory calibration guarantees accuracy within 1.5% FS, fulfilling strict industrial standards and simplifying monitoring for operators.
Reliable Performance Across ConditionsOperating effectively from -20C to +65C and 0 to 95% relative humidity, the Pressure Blast Analyzer Gauge is built to withstand harsh conditions. Its IP54 protection and shock resistance enhance reliability, making it a smart choice for demanding applications.
