Pressure Blast Analyzer Gauge determine blast nozzle wear using this convenient, portable (8³ long) gauge. It is also known as Nozzle orifice gauge. A small black marker located in the cap is used to mark the side of the gauge. Once inserted through the back end of the blast nozzle and twisted, the gauge is removed and the nozzle opening is revealed by correlating the scale marking with black marker to the scale on the gauge (1/4³ to 5/8³). Air consumption (CFM @ 100 psi) is also indicated. The Nozzle Orifice Gauge is very simple and recommended for coating applicator, painting contractors, and inspection of coatings.
